All sessions are available for all 2 – 5 year olds. We operate from two playrooms – ‘Owlets’ for 2-3 year olds and ‘Wise owls’ for 3-5 year olds. Wise Owl sessions are tailored specifically for children who will be starting school in the following year. We work closely with Holbrook Church of England Primary School which ensures the children have a smooth transition to ‘Big School’, whether they will be attending this primary school or another. The Friday session includes visiting Holbrook Church of England Primary for school lunch.
From September 2023 we are open for the following times (term-time):
Monday 7:30am – 6.00pm
Tuesday 7:30am – 6.00pm
Wednesday 7:30am – 6.00pm
Thursday 8:00am – 5.30pm
Friday 8:00am – 4.30pm
Extended opening hours can be provided on Thursday and Friday if there is sufficient demand from parents.
Sessions we offer are:
Breakfast Club 7:30am – 9:00am
Half day sessions are from 9:00am—12:00pm and 12.30pm –3.30pm. Lunch club from 12:00-12.30 can be added on to these sessions.
Full day sessions are 9:00am – 3.30pm.
Tea Club 1: 3.30pm – 4.30pm
Tea Club 2: 3.30pm – 5.30pm
Tea Club 3: 3.30pm – 6:00pm
Children can attend for any combination of days/sessions but we would advise a minimum of two sessions per week as this helps children to settle more quickly.
In accordance with Ofsted requirements, ratios of 1:8 for 3 and 4 year olds and 1:4 for under 3 year olds are kept with a maximum of 40 children per session.
